Allan Harriman
(NSW)
For the fourth year running Allan once again takes his place in the SSAA Australian Pistol Team Bianchi Cup team. A fire safety engineer by profession Allan has been competing in handgun events for 5 years. Using his Ray Pulver built custom STI 2011 in 38 Super Allan was Pistol Australia National Champion in 2005 and 2006 SSAA NSW State champion. An Executive member of the NSW Blacktown Pistol Club Allan enjoys hunting, swimming and traversing cross-country on his quad bike. Allan is committed to promoting Action Match as Australia’s premier handgun event.

Zeljko Cvetnic
(Victoria)
Zeljko is a member of the Victorian SSAA Springvale Pistol Club and has been competing since August 2001. A confirmed revolver user, Zeljko uses in Open class a Smith & Wesson Model 66 fitted with the latest Aim-Point dot sight and reloads both his match and practice ammunition on his Dillon 650. For metallic class Zeljko uses a Smith & Wesson Model 67 with a 6” barrel and “CR” Speed holster out of South Africa.
His performance at Bianchi 2007, coming first overall
in revolver class, was an exceptional performance at his first
Bianchi Cup.

Brett Foster (Queensland)
Brett started to compete
in Action Match Competition as a junior
in 1997. His first major success was in 1999 coming in third overall
in Queensland State Titles. Whilst still using his Jim Cohen
built S&W 586, Brett now has local Gun Smith Mal Budgen servicing
both his Open and Metallic Guns. Brett's S&W Mod 14 used in metallic
was built by Steve Graham, which is housed in a Limcat Holster.
His best achievements so far are being the South East Queensland
Action Cup Champion for 2003, 04, 05 and 2007. Brett has also
achieved Queensland QAPSA State Champion status in 2003 and 2007 for
QAPSA and in 2006 for SSAA in Metallic and 2007 for Open.
Brett's enthusiasm for the sport makes him a welcome addition to the
SSAA A Team for Bianchi 2008.

Matthew Harriman
(NSW)
Junior World Champion Matthew Harriman
will once again travel to Columbia to compete in Bianchi 2008
representing SSAA at the highest level of international sports
pistol competition. About to commence tertiary study at University
Western Sydney, Matthew still finds time to maintain the necessary
skills to be the best in his class.

Tom Whitehead (Victoria)
Veteran Australian competitor Tom Whitehead takes up the lead
position on
the SSAA "B" Team for Bianchi 2008. One of Australia's most
respected handgun enthusiasts, Tom is a holster designer for Hellweg
International and is will bolster the performance of SSAA's efforts
in Columbia in 2008. A strong supporter of revolvers for
competition use, Tom will again be taking his trusted Smith & Wesson
to the world's most prestigious handgun event.

Richard (Dickie) Siebert (Victoria)
Richard has been a member of the Ballarat Pistol Club since 1994 and has pursued his shooting ambitions within both the competitive and hunting environment. In open class for NRA Action Match he uses an STI 2011 fitted up with an Aimpoint CM-P7 sight and housed within a Safariland 012 holster whilst a STI “Edge” handgun is used for metallic class.
Richard has hunted big game in Africa, Canada New Zealand and New Caledonia and his favourite rifle, amongst the many that he owns is a Sako Hunter in 375H&H.

Brian
Hardy (Victoria)
Brian is a member of Victorian SSAA
Springvale Pistol Club
(SPC) and rejoined the SSAA Vic in 1990 and has been competing since
then and is also an
Action
Match Range Officer. Brian uses a Ray Pulver Custom built STI 2011 in 38 Super with an Aim-Point red dot
scope in Open Class and a STI Edge modified by Pete’s Gun Works for
Metallic Sight Class, and uses Safariland 012 holster for both
classes, reloading for both his handguns is performed using on a
Dillon 1050 reloading press. Brian is a Committee member of the SPC
and the Treasurer of the SSAA Springvale Range Management
Committee.
Currently the 2007 SSAA ACT State Champion in Metallic Sight Class
and has been to the Bianchi Cup three times since taking up the
discipline of Action Match
